2018 Business Session - Consumer Information, Ingredients and Safety
The 2018 business session aims to provide attendees with a good oversight of Fedima’s priorities and deliverables. EUFIC and FoodDrinkEurope will presentat the latest updates about consumer insights and the legal status of ingredients. AMFEP will elaborate on the ongoing collaboration with FEDIMA to guarantee occupational safety in our sector.

This business session was held under the motto: "The Exciting World of Bread: bread consumption's essential role in a healthy and balanced diet for European consumers". The aim of the session was to help members of Fedima to reach out to consumers in the context of a changing and demanding environment.
