The 2017 business session’s theme was the digitalization in the bakery sector. Characterised by their vast diversity and regionality, the bakery products are an expression of today's Europe. Despite bakery being a traditional market, it is becoming increasingly competitive.  

Our manufacturers drive the innovation in the industry. We handle many raw materials and prepare semi-finished goods and solutions to the bakers. Our sector is consumer driven. Therefore the digital innovation cannot be neglected.
