Fedima organises two main events:

  • An Annual Meeting which is only open to members and is organised every year. It revolves around a statutory General Assembly and a business session with inspirational speakers.
  • A Symposium which is open for members and wider audience. The Symposium is organised every two years in Brussels.

The General Assembly has steadily grown towards a unique opportunity to meet colleagues within the industry. Fedima has invested more time and effort in building an attractive business session on a relevant topic. Past themes have been:

  • environmental sustainability
  • bread promotion campaigns
  • innovation in traditional products

The Symposium is a conference organised every two years linked to a specific theme affecting the bakery ingredients industries. Past themes include:
